We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days to request a refund if there were any problems you faced.
To be eligible for a refund, your item has not shipped in the time frame we have on our website. If your product comes damaged, we will also refund you as long as we have photo/video proof of the product not working. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
